Women's Equinox Retreat

The equinox is a time of balance. This retreat uses practices of internal meditation and external creation, and practices of internal connection with our self and external connection with others. Exercises include vision quests, writings on our own life and practices focusing on identifying and releasing what no longer serves us, while also deepening our connection with our own gifts and resources. This workshop uses ritual and experiential practices to align with our own higher wisdom.

Exercises are structured to encourage creative and spiritual self-inquiry to evoke gifts of sensitivity and intuition.

Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in private practice in South Minneapolis. She has led women’s retreats for 12 years. She specializes in helping individuals and relationships work through transitions and change. Rebecca believes that we all know what we need at our core. We also all need a space held for us and to be witnessed to guide us in reconnecting to our own deeper wisdom so to bring that which is within us into fruition and action.

Cost: $375-$425 include cabin or room, delicious vegetarian food and workshop fees. Savings for early registration and better lodging choice. Retreat begins 7pm Friday and ends at 11am brunch Sunday. Free yoga and meditations and massages at nominal fees also offered. The Christine Center is a spiritual retreat center located in the beauty of woods, fall colors and nature near Willard Wisconsin, about 2.5 hours from Madison and Minneapolis.
