Qigong is the study of energy and literally means “the function” (gong) of “breath” or “vital energy” (qi or chi). Millions in China have practiced the ancient tradition of medical Qigong for thousands of years because of its great power to prevent illness and cure many diseases. Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) was developed by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin and is an advanced, simple, and powerful form of Qigong offering immediate benefits. It can be learned and practiced by anyone, young or old, from any religious or cultural tradition.

Ann Cathcart is a holistic nurse/healer and SFQ Certified Level 1 Instructor who has studied with Master Lin for more than ten years. She also has extensive background in integrative medicine and Christian metaphysics.

In this day-long course, students will learn and experience:

All participants will receive a SFQ Level 1 certificate after completing this course.
